Why we ask: knowing about medical conditions, allergies, additional needs or accessibility requirements helps us keep lessons safe and suitable. Sharing it is optional.
Who sees it: only the tutor teaching the learner and the academy administrator. It is never shared with anyone else, except emergency services if a learner needs urgent help.
Emergency contact: please give someone we can reach during lessons if you are not present. For learners under 16, a parent or guardian must stay at the studio for the whole lesson.
Consent: by saving care information you confirm you are the learner's parent or legal guardian (or the learner, if 18+), and consent to us using it for these purposes. You can edit or delete it at any time.
